We deliver across Ghana through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

2. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping Charges: Vary by destination, weight, and shipping method. All charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Personalized or intimate products (e.g., custom traditional wear) are non-returnable

  2. Our team will provide return instructions
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
